Playlist Settings controls how JukeCab creates, imports, removes, and updates playlists. It also includes duplicate-handling options and lets the current queue be added to an existing playlist.

| Save Current Queue As New Playlist | Action | Creates a new playlist from the currently playing item plus the songs waiting in the queue. The menu shows the current number of items that will be saved. |
| Add Folder Playlist | Action | Adds a folder-based playlist to JukeCab. |
| Import M3U/M3U8/PLS Playlist | Action | Imports an existing playlist file in M3U, M3U8, or PLS format. |
| Remove Playlist | Opens submenu | Displays the removable playlists and lets you choose one to delete. JukeCab shows a confirmation screen before removal. |
| Hide Playlist Duplicates | On / Off | Controls whether duplicate entries are hidden when playlists are displayed. |
| Add Queue To Playlist | One entry for each eligible existing playlist | Adds the current queue to the selected existing playlist. Each eligible playlist appears as its own Add Queue To Playlist entry using the playlist name. |
Removing a playlist: JukeCab displays the selected playlist name and a warning that removal cannot be undone before offering Yes, Remove Playlist or No, Go Back.
